We are seeking a strategic and results-driven expert of Data Analytics to lead our analytics job and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization using Power BI. This role will lead analytics projects, developing insights, cleaning data from various sources and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business goals.
1. Translate business objectives into data strategies and actionable insights
2. Design and implement dashboards, reports, and data models to support decision-making
3. Organize database to strategically building reports
4. Collaborate with departments such as Retail, Sales, CRM and GTM to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
5. Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across platforms
6. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership
7. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in analytics and data science

- 必須

・ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field
・ 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
・ Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools
・ Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
・ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
・ Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver impactful insights
・ Fluent Japanese communication in oral and writing, business level English
