Key Responsibilities:
・Architecture & Design Oversight
Define the target Merger Zone architecture for:
・Network (IP schema, routing, segmentation, firewalls)
・Hosting (cloud/on-prem/hybrid computing and storage)
・Foundational services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, backup, monitoring)
・Validate infrastructure, network, and security designs delivered by the consulting partner
・Ensure platform scalability, performance, and DR/BCP readiness from Day 1
Stakeholder Alignment
Align all architectural decisions with:
・Our Enterprise standards (target-state governance)
・Security and compliance policies across both entities
・Internal application, data, and support teams
・Address infrastructure entanglement and access decoupling
Merger Zone Enablement
・Support the “lift-and-shift” or greenfield deployment of servers and applications into the Merger Zone
・Provide input to cutover planning, sequencing, and rollback strategies
・Collaborate with app/data/security leads to ensure minimal disruption during transition
・Act as the primary technical counterpart to the consulting partner leading the build
・Review design documents, validate assumptions, and sign off on technical milestones
・Ensure alignment with delivery timelines, integration points, and security protocols
Risk, Quality, and Continuity
・Proactively identify risks related to design decisions, infrastructure readiness
・Ensure continuity of service, including proactive implementation of DR/HA strategies
・Support documentation and transition to steady-state operational teams
- 応募資格

- 必須

・10+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, network engineering, or enterprise IT
・Proven experience designing and/or leading greenfield IT environments, especially in M&A or carve-out contexts
・English: Business level
Deep knowledge of:
・Cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or hybrid)
・WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, VPN, firewall policies
・Microsoft AD, identity and access controls
・Experience working with external partners and global stakeholders in a multi-entity environment
・Strong cross-functional leadership, influence, and communication skills
※Japanese: Business – Native level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
