This is a managerial position responsible for managing the following information security-related authority under the supervision and direction of the Information Security Officer/Section Manager.• Oversee, improve, and promote the process of access requests, deletions, and recertification (periodic account reviews) for IT system permissions.
• Promote and execute information security management programs based on information security standards, and plan, implement, and oversee the operation of new processes.
• Coordinate work with information security personnel at domestic group companies and the US ISO (Information Security Office), as well as reporting.
• Participate in and advise on determining security specifications and rules for all IT infrastructure construction projects.
• Prepare internal information security-related documents and regulations, and plan and implement training.
【Organization Overview】
It is mainly composed of three towers equivalent to departments: Information Security Tower, Risk & Privacy Management Tower, and Governance Tower. It is an organization of about 12 people with the role of promoting the company's governance system, and is a department that plays a role in checking and optimizing controls.

- 必須

• 5+ years of work experience in the information security or IT department
• 3+ years of experience as a reporting line manager (organizational manager including personnel evaluation) of a team of 3-5 people
• General knowledge of system security management in information systems operations management, with particular experience of building and improving processes as a process owner for 1+ years
• Experience or knowledge of practical security management and access management for infrastructure such as UNIX OS, Windows environments, and networks
• Experience demonstrating leadership in work with stakeholders outside the company or department
• ITIL - Foundation level skills
• Experience or knowledge of practical security management and access management for infrastructure such as UNIX OS, Wintel environment, and network
*As an infrastructure operations company, technical knowledge of access management is required.
<Language Skills>
• Japanese skills: Native level
• English skills: Business level or above in reading comprehension, writing, and oral communication.
o Ability to write reports to overseas in English and participate in conference calls (interpreters can be arranged for conferences as needed)
o Equivalent to a TOEIC score of 700 or above
