To play a critical role in supporting financial forecasting topline sales and gross margin as well as ad-hoc analysis to drive business growth as a partner to the business leaders.• Ownership of sales and gross margin planning
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting relevant to the covered markets / brands to support management decision making / fulfil request from business partners
• Conduct trend analysis & partner with the business teams to drive growth:
o Customer segmentations
o Promotional mechanisms
• Sales initiatives and events
• ROI analysis for SG&A and capital investments
• Leverage financials systems (PBCS, CORA, SAP) to support the monthly close forecasting (SMI) processes, delivering all the necessary reporting while making sure the stories are clear to senior management
• Identify opportunities in current processes and leverage tools to improve
• Lead or be part of any special project as requested

経験・知識：
•財務関連業務 5年以上の経験（理想的には多国籍企業で営業部門や本社グループとの連携経験を有する）
• 語学力：英語ビジネスレベル
• 学士/修士号（金融・会計分野が望ましい）
• 会計／財務に関する十分な理解
• 財務システム（PBCS／MicroStrategy／SAP）の知識があれば尚可
スキル：
•コミュニケーション能力、交渉力、影響力行使能力
•確固たる分析能力と強い商業的思考を兼ね備え、主要な利害関係者との健全なパートナーシップを構築する能力
• 変化の時期における迅速な対応力と柔軟性への高い適応力
