【業務内容詳細】
- Ensure company standards are maintained.
- Support trials and commercialization of new product varieties.
- Implement optimal routes to market aligned with strategic objectives.
- Track delivery performance metrics and recommend improvements where gaps exist.
- Manage end-to-end logistics including inbound/outbound planning, shipping, warehousing, customs, compliance.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure on-time delivery and optimize ripening programs for key products.
- Focus on efficient production and global initiatives in consumer packaging.
- Ensure robust processes for quality checks, claims, and retail-level data analysis.
- Develop inventory policies balancing service levels, cost, demand cycles, product quality.
- Monitor forecasts and quotas to assess operational impact and adjust as needed.
- Execute supplier management plans, especially with 3PLs.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting for supply chain and operations activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain industry and internal relationships to stay informed of supply chain trends.
- Support company-wide strategic initiatives through insights and planning.
- Develop and implement long- and short-term operations strategies to maintain competitiveness.
- Build transparent relationships with customers, service providers, importers, suppliers, logistics partners.
- Collaborate with global teams to continuously improve supply chain processes and resourcing.
- Contribute to performance metrics, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and motivate staff with focus on performance, culture, and values alignment.

- 必須

-10+ years experience in supply chain and operations management
-Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams
-Business-level English
-Business-level Japanese
-Professional certification in supply chain or operations management
-Skilled in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for planning and execution activities
-Strong capability in designing and implementing both strategic plans and day-to-day operational solutions
-Experienced in leading organizational change and driving performance improvement
-Highly collaborative with strong initiative, professional integrity, and accountability
-Knowledgeable in consumer goods operations; adaptable to various product types and sectors
-Strong analytical thinking with a structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making
-Effective in aligning operational planning with broader business goals
