Provide employees, teams, and managers with high-quality support in compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR operations to drive innovation and impact in Japan.【Compensation & Benefit】
・Manage the Compensation and Benefits functions including but not limited to Annual Performance Review, Merit Increase as well as Annual Salary Benchmarking exercises
・Monthly closure in terms of FTE and Cost
・Budget and forecast Process, working closely with Retail and WW HR and Finance Team
・Analysis of personnel cost through the specific and dedicated tools
・Periodic analysis of personnel costs and evolution of FTE (variance analysis, vacant positions, etc.)
・Guarantee the consistency and quality data in the HR and Finance system
・Preparing timely and accurate monthly personnel cost reports (including bridge data analysis and deviation analysis), providing structured feedback on main topics and trends
・Monitoring KPIs analysis (e.g. turnover, productivity, etc.)
・Ensure the data accuracy in timely manner.
・Design and implementation of ad hoc analysis in order to provide useful insight and information to the management
【Employee Engagement/Relations】
・Business Partner the management by establishing strong working relationships with the team, also being approachable and available to all employees.
・Manages Employer Relation issues, raised from the corporate managers. Advice may include disciplinary, grievances, sickness, absence, redundancy and variations of contracts.
・Responsible for ensuring all HR policies and procedures remain compliant, best practice, fit for legislative requirement.
・Work with C&B/ER function and Legal team on all the separation cases to ensure full legal compliance with minimal impact on employer branding.
・Other projects/tasks assigned by HR Director
【HR Operations】
・Assess, monitor and revise all HR related process in order to perform the most efficient operations by utilizing digital tools, advanced apps, and other relevant tools.
・Plan and implement the most efficient business flow for entire organization.
【Team management】
・Ensure to deliver the best performance as a team with supervising HR/Payroll specialist

- 必須

・Bachelor’s degree or above
・Min. 7 years or above experience in HR
・Experience in the retail / luxury industry preferable
・Self-driven, passionate individual and team player with the ability to closely interact with business
・Solid experience in employee relation and local labor laws
・Excellent communication style and a confident speaker
・Strong ability to recommend HR opportunities and innovation staying ahead of the trends, while keeping the operation impeccable, with a solid service mentality
・Strong organization and planning skills
・Fluent in English in verbal and written
・Proficient in MS Office functionalities & e-learning platform
※Japanese: Fluent – Native level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
