【業務内容詳細】
-Coordinate delivery schedules with both manufacturing and customers
-Process orders through to invoicing using SAP
-Receive and manage inventory balances of precious metals
-For customer-supplied metals, record supply dates in the management ledger and share with manufacturing
-Supply precious metals for third-party manufactured products when required
-Purchase precious metals in alignment with order receipt
-Manage third-party manufactured products, including orders and supplied materials
-Manage supply of auxiliary materials (e.g. bottles, labels); coordinate replenishment from the factory if stock is low
-Obtain monthly 3-month forecast from UAI to manage production capacity
-Receive and manage precious metals and inventory balances
-Manage complex pricing and tracking of metals for each shipment
-Handle varying order conditions for other Indian customers (e.g., fixed price on order date or leased metals with pricing fixed pre-shipment)
-Enter PO and SO into SAP on the same day to minimize foreign exchange losses due to high-value orders
-Coordinate delivery schedules with manufacturing and customers
-Obtain Certificates of Origin from the Chamber of Commerce
-Manage logistics for all export-related activities

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background
-5+ years of delivery/logistics experience, preferably in a trading company or similar environment
-Native-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Strong goal-oriented mindset toward sales targets
-Solid understanding of team policies and workflow processes
-Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including logistics compliance
-Proactive attitude toward participating in and supporting projects
-Willingness and effort to continuously improve skills necessary for task execution
-Demonstrates respect and sincerity in interactions with others
-Maintains logical thinking and flexibility, avoiding rigid approaches
-Builds strong teamwork with stakeholders through open and respectful collaboration
-Manages emotions effectively and thrives in a multicultural environment
-Engages with customers positively, fostering trust and satisfaction
