【業務内容詳細】
- Lead day-to-day supply planning operations to ensure timely product availability and fulfillment.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, balancing service levels, cost, and cash flow.
- Proactively identify supply risks and opportunities through scenario planning and cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive the supply component of the S&OP process, aligning supply with sales forecasts and financial goals.
- Manage supply planning for new product launches, ensuring timelines, inventory readiness, and risk mitigation.
- Improve planning efficiency through continuous process improvements and the use of planning tools.
- Ensure accurate supply data management within ERP and planning systems
- 応募資格

- 必須

- 5+ years of experience in supply planning or end-to-end supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Solid understanding of S&OP processes and inventory optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with global and local stakeholders (Japanese and English).
- Experience in project management, especially related to new product launches or system implementations.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to both strategic and operational detail.
