【業務内容詳細】
-Lead operational functions including logistics, supply chain, and production
-Drive localization, strengthen the local supply chain, and set clear KPIs
-Review product costs and processing times to shorten lead times and boost efficiency
-Optimize warehouse inventory to reduce dead stock and slow-moving items
-Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards
-Maintain well-organized warehouses and production areas with smooth material flow and efficient resource utilization
-Coordinate with internal departments to support overall operations
-Work closely with global headquarters to enhance efficiency, quality, and communication
-Lead and develop departmental staff with a strong focus on quality, cost control, and ownership of results

- 必須
-
-5+ years of SCM, warehouse, or relevant experience
-Experience as a department head or senior manager is a plus!
-Experience working for the local subsidiary of a multinational company is a plus!
-Bachelor's degree
-Native Japanese
-Business-level English
-Open-minded and able to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
-Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
