■About the Role
As Technical Infrastructure Manager, you will lead the evolution and optimization of IT infrastructure to support business growth and operational excellence while ensuring robust security in line with global standards.
This position plays a critical role in developing strategy, driving transformation, managing vendors, and collaborating closely with both global and local teams to ensure best-in-class IT services.
■Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for global and local technology initiatives.
• Drive IT transformation, ensuring standardization and alignment with HQ guidelines and the global core model.
• Promote continuous improvement, enhancing IT processes and user experience.
• Oversee all system and network infrastructure BUILD activities, including maintenance and lifecycle management of servers and network components.
• Lead store-related IT projects (openings, renovations, closures) in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Manage vendor relationships, focusing on performance, cost efficiency, and business alignment.
• Collaborate closely with IT Operations (RUN) and Business Solutions (BUILD) teams to deliver seamless IT services.
• Document and maintain knowledge of local infrastructure specifications, ensuring alignment with HQ.

■Essential Skills & Experience
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English, with the ability to prepare reports and deliver presentations.
• Strong leadership and people management experience within IT.
• Solid knowledge of IT governance and ability to balance strategy with day-to-day operations.
• Proven track record in managing infrastructure projects in international, multicultural environments.
• Hands-on expertise in Windows OS (workstations/servers), Workspace One, Microsoft 365 (including Exchange & Teams administration), and network infrastructure (CISCO, Meraki, SD-WAN).
• Vendor management skills, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
■Preferred Qualifications
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CCNP, CISSP, Agile, etc.
• Experience leading technological and organizational change initiatives.
