GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To contribute to providing optimal & fact-based solutions by accurately assessing situations using advanced analytical skills.
• To strongly align with internal teams to adjust our supply plans to fit exactly to Japan's business needs.
• To strongly align with the Global Sales Planning teams for the best sourcing and production procurement strategies to improve the business.
• To strongly align with inventory team to ensure both business growth and inventory reduction.
• To strongly align with Finance to ensure healthy cash-flow by optimizing our buying plans.
• To build strategical relationships with Vendors in line with company’s value.
• To lead data-driven & automated working environments by creating holistic database.
• To manage cash flow, inventory, and a team of 5 members in the company.

• 需要/供給計画の7年以上の経験（小売または消費財業界での経験が望ましい）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 監督または人材管理の経験
