【業務内容詳細】
- Manage global transportation operations, including import/export processes and customs clearance.
- Oversee 3PL warehouse operations to ensure smooth inbound and outbound flows across retail logistics.
- Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities in alignment with company KPIs, covering B2B, B2C (e-commerce), returns, quality control, and special events.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, 3PL providers, global offices, customs brokers, and external vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and resolve discrepancies or shortages as required.
- Evaluate 3PL performance, conduct inventory reconciliations, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Manage SAP operations on a daily basis, liaising with global IT teams to address and resolve system issues.
- Prepare monthly KPI reports and conduct logistics cost analyses to drive operational efficiency.
- Process purchase orders for warehouse materials and manage monthly invoice handling in collaboration with the Finance team.

- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in supply chain and logistics.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Highly proficient in Excel and various computer systems.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese at a business level.
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings with strong multitasking abilities.
