募集背景: We’re seeking a self-driven expert in Supply & Demand Planning to join our Tokyo office as Japan Supply Planning Manager.

This people management role is key to Triumph International Japan’s success, responsible for executing precise ordering, procurement, and inventory control. You’ll collaborate across divisions to align supply strategies with business needs, manage cash flow and inventory, and lead a team of 5 members.

仕事内容: - Deliver optimal, fact-based solutions by applying advanced analytical skills to assess business needs and challenges
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor supply plans that align precisely with Japan’s market demands
- Partner with Global Sales Planning teams to develop sourcing and production strategies that elevate business performance
- Work hand-in-hand with the Japan Inventory team to balance growth with inventory efficiency
- Align with Japan Finance to optimize buying plans and support healthy cash flow
- Build strategic, value-driven relationships with vendors
- Champion a data-driven, automated work environment by developing and maintaining a holistic database
- Lead and manage a team of 5, overseeing cash flow and inventory operations

応募資格

必須: - Proven expertise in supply planning and inventory control, ideally within intimate apparel, fashion, or D2C consumer goods
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in a multinational company
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience in a similar function
- High fluency in both Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) and English
