【業務内容詳細】
Report: Demand/Supply Planning Manager
- Manage stock in warehouses
- Set the right safety stock and service levels together with demand planners.
- Work with other teams to avoid too much or too little stock.
- Create and check purchase orders and product data to keep information accurate.
- Compare actual stock levels with targets and fix problems quickly.
- Make sure supply processes follow global rules and improve them with suppliers.
- Look for better ways of working and suggest improvements.

- 必須

- 3+ years of work experience, ideally in a global company
- Able to manage deadlines and set the right priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good business understanding with strong analytical ability
- Careful and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of inventory management practices
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and planning tools
- Business-level English and Japanese
