• Manage the quality and consistency of data capture across all customer touch points including the website, salons, CI, and salon events under the manager’s direction.
• Analyze customer / VIP information to drive company performance
• Develop CRM strategy and program for traffic customers and individual VIP customers, review monthly and manage it on a day –to-day basis.
• Present monthly report and analysis to the Retail Director on the growth of customer database.
• Client data extraction, processing, and analysis to support various sales & promotional actions both for new client acquisition and existing client loyalty.
• Implement CRM tool in stores and office
• Responsible for the global system implementation including migration of full customer data.
• Recruit new customers by various creative actions, including the collaboration with other entities.
• Prepare any necessary information to educate salon staff on the importance of CRM and capturing good quality data
etc.

- 必須

■必須
• Native level Japanese, Intermediate level English
• Has minimum 3 years CRM experience
• Good knowledge of retail business with analysis skills
• Proven experience working within CRM/E-mail/other communication tools marketing
• Demonstrated experience in working with database, data analysis, segmentation and e-mail marketing platforms.
• Take leadership and is motivated to try new things
• Has excellent communication with internal/external and presentation skills
• PC: Excel, Word, Power Point
