【業務内容詳細】
- Manage daily warehouse work and make sure shipments and inventory are handled on time.
- Keep track of delays and fix issues at the warehouse.
- Handle the return of important parts and materials.
- Check reports on old inventory, how much space is being used, expired or damaged items, and late stock.
- Manage 3PL
- Make sure shipments go out correctly, returns are handled properly, and stock is accurate.
- Track the performance of 3PL partners and fix problems when targets aren’t met.
- Focus on safety and reduce risks in warehouse and logistics operations.
- Watch over logistics costs, including reviewing monthly payments and sticking to the budget.
- Help with projects that save money and improve logistics.
- Take part in moving or expanding warehouses or changing how work is done.
- Work on projects to make order handling faster and more efficient.
- Use systems like SAP and WMS to track inventory and shipments.
- Always look for ways to make processes simpler and more efficient.

- 必須

- 3+ years of experience working in supply chain and operations support
- Solid understanding of the E2E supply chain process is a big plus
- Experience working with 3PL preferred
- Familiarity with SAP systems is highly valued
- Experience leading or supporting projects (planning, managing people, keeping track of costs) is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with different teams and departments
- Can speak and write well in both Japanese and English
- Works independently, stays motivated, and contributes well in both solo and team settings
- Able to stay focused and get things done even under tight deadlines or high-pressure situations
- Comfortable in a fast-moving and constantly changing work environment
- Pays attention to making processes more efficient and standardized
- Good at analyzing data and solving problems
- Skilled in SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
