【業務内容詳細】
Reports to: HR Director
Team Structure: 4 Members
<Responsibilities>
- Collaborate closely with retail leadership to shape people strategies that support business goals and elevate team performance.
- Lead end-to-end workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding to ensure stores are staffed with top talent.
- Champion employee engagement by creating initiatives that foster a strong, inclusive, and motivating store culture.
- Guide store and retail managers through performance management, offering coaching to build high-performing teams.
- Identify skill gaps and growth opportunities, coordinating impactful training and development programs.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor regulations and internal HR standards across all retail locations.
- Use data insights (turnover, absenteeism, productivity) to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a strategic bridge between store teams and corporate HR to ensure smooth communication and aligned practices.

- 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in retail or service industries
- Solid understanding of retail team structures and operations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, multi-location environments
- Skilled in problem-solving and handling employee issues
- Business Level English and Japanese
