仕事内容: プロジェクトマネージャーは、ビジネスとプロジェクトの遂行・収益に責任を持ち、見積もりから量産・生産終了までを管理します。納期・品質を守った量産移行や、進捗レポートの作成も担当します。
・コスト、品質、納期を遵守しプロジェクトを成功させるための関係コンピテンシー管理
Managing the competencies involved in order to ensure that the project is successful in terms of cost, quality and delivery time
・投資支出および財務統計の達成や資本支出の見通しの作成等、プロジェクト予算の管理
Managing the project budget, including achieving investment and fiscal statistics and creating capital expenditure forecasts
・プロジェクト管理活動における顧客への対応
Dealing with customers in project management activities
・社内外ステークホルダー間のコミュニケーションの調整
Coordinating communication between internal and external stakeholders
・新規ビジネスの見積もり活動のためのソリューション提案チームのリーダーとの連携
Collaborating with the solution proposal team for new business quotation activities

応募資格

必須: ・グローバル企業において、プロジェクトおよび/またはチームマネジメントに関連する職務に携わった実務経験
Solid professional experience in an international company on project and / or team management related role
・製品開発プロジェクトの成功実績やプロセスの知識
Proven records of successful product development projects’ delivery; process knowledge
・プロジェクトの見積もり、計画、追跡、管理、財務に関する知識
Knowledge of estimating, planning, tracking, control of projects and project’s finance
・プロジェクト管理に関連するツール、方法論、プロセスに関する知識
Knowledge of project management relevant tools, methodology, processes
・問題解決への方法論的アプローチ
Methodical approach to problem solving
・優れた企画・組織化能力
Excellent planning and organizing skills
・社内外を問わずあらゆる場における高いコミュニケーション能力
High level of communication skills, on all seniority levels, both internally and externally
・日本語話者 / 英語上級
Native Japanese Language / Fluent English skills

年収・給与: 年俸を17ヶ月に分割し、5ヶ月分をボーナスとして支給。
インセンティブ（貴重：年俸の最大5％を翌年度の賞与に上乗せします。）
残業代は実働分支給(みなし残業なし)
