Training ManagerTraining Delivery &Content Localization
• Partner with Retail Director and Area Managers to identify development needs and training priorities, annually with both quarterly and monthly follow-through meetings
• Deliver initial onboarding training, seasonal product/styling training and storytelling.
• Deliver the new Guest Experience and reinforce modules where development synergies are identified
• Tailor global/regional training content for the Japanese market, integrating cultural nuances and local guest expectations.
Coaching & Development
• Provide on-the-floor coaching tailored to each store’s needs, observing and enhancing guest interaction/relationships, service behaviors, and selling techniques.
• Support in delivering elevated experiences
Monitor Performance & Training Impact
• Track training effectiveness through KPIs , feedback, and store performance.
• Provide monthly capability reports and insights to regional and local team.
• Support succession planning and talent development

- 必須

• Fluent in Japanese and English (business level).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail training, in-store coaching, or retail management.
• Deep understanding of the Japanese retail market and luxury consumer behaviors.
• Proficient in the Office Suite, Word, Powerpoint & Excel)
• Passion for men’s luxury fashion, styling, and lifestyle.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a confident, empathetic coaching style.
• Able to travel domestically and be physically present in stores a couple of days per week.
