Be the one leading the magic inside the most important store in Tokyo!

仕事内容: ★Oversee all day-to-day operations and ensure seamless functionality across the store.

★Drive business growth through strategic planning, analyzing KPIs, and implementing effective solutions.

★Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring and developing staff.

★Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring personalized service and loyalty.

★Ensure merchandising aligns with brand standards and create an inspiring shopping environment.

★Collaborate with regional leadership and headquarters to align with broader business goals.

★Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.

応募資格

必須: ★Proven experience in luxury retail, including leadership roles.

★A strong understanding of Omotesando and Tokyo’s market dynamics.

★Luxury experience is not required.

★ Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt and innovate in a competitive environment.

フィットする人物像: ★Someone active, cheerful with good experience coaching people inside the store.
★Good with English. The Store Director must welcome headquarters when they come to Japan.
