募集背景: シンガポールの本社より管理業務の一部を受託しております。受注の業務範囲は代理店制度会計、代理店管理会計、グローバル人事、マーケット分析等多岐にわたります。今後さらなる業務拡大が予定されており、「長崎から世界を支える。」ためのメンバーを募集しております。

We are entrusted by our Singapore headquarters with a range of management operations. Our responsibilities span agency accounting, management accounting, global human resources, and market analysis. With future business expansion on the horizon, we are looking for new members to join our team and contribute to our mission: “Supporting the World from Nagasaki.”

仕事内容: 国際コンテナ輸送業界で本社機能の一部を担い、日本を中心とした顧客対応を通じて、グローバルな入札業務と価格戦略・品質向上に貢献していただきます。
・プライシングツールの作成およびプライシングオファーの品質と納期の改善
・入札案件に関する課題や懸念事項の特定および調整
・入札業務プロセス全般およびプロセス毎の使用ツール（ロジック含む）の理解
・入札プロセスに関する関連部署（Trade Marketing、セールス、Offshoreチームなど）との綿密な調整および期限管理
・本社、RHQの関連部署、セールスオフィスとの協業および連携
・入札業務を通じて収集されたデータを活用し、関連部署向けのレポート作成と展開
・（将来的には）プライシング業務に留まらず、全ての入札業務に関与し、アジア地域のグローバル入札業務統括を担う役割を期待します

Develop pricing tools and improve the quality and turnaround time of pricing offers.
Identify and coordinate solutions for issues related to tender projects.
Build a strong understanding of the full tender process and the tools and logic used in each stage.
Work closely with Trade Marketing, Sales, and Offshore teams to manage timelines.
Collaborate with departments across HQ, RHQs, and sales offices.
Use data from tender activities to create and share reports with relevant teams.
Eventually, take on a broader role overseeing tender operations across Asia as a central coordinator for global tender activities.

必須: ・大卒以上
・コミュニケーション及びチームで仕事を進めることができる能力 (関係者との確認・調整に必要な協調性、傾聴力)

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment (including coordination and active listening skills necessary for aligning with stakeholders)

・物流/海運業界経験
・関連分野での実務経験（プライシング業務 / 入札業務）
・ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み書き、会話）
・Google Apps Script、Python、VBAのいずれかまたは複数の操作に熟練している方
・細部にわたる正確性を追求し、高い品質意識を持って業務に取り組める方

[Preferred (WANT)]
Experience in the logistics or shipping industry
Practical experience in related fields (e.g., pricing or tender operations)
Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
Proficiency in one or more of the following: Google Apps Script, Python, or VBA
Strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality in your work
