• Accountable for Japan Retail Profit and Loss by implementing and driving appropriate business
strategies for the assigned area;
• Primary focus on the retail business and lead a team of frontline sales associates to achieve its financial
goals;
• Monitor monthly sales budget and target and keep management informed on the status and action plan;
• Maximize sales and control cost, inventory level to its KPI and achieve company goals;
• Work closely with the Product, Marketing and VM teams to execute retail marketing and promotion
programs, special/ discount/ staff sales etc.;
• Formulate and implement retail SOP that align to AllSaints standard;
• Partnership with MD team to train and coach frontline sales associates to ensure the best customer
service and solid product knowledge;
• Stay abreast of market, retail industry and property trends;

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
● Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment
● Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
software
● Strong business acumen and able to think outside the box
● Good leadership and management skills.
● Good knowledge for department stores operations.
● Strong strategic and analytical problem-solving skills
● Good command of both English and Japanese

business.
