【業務内容詳細】
- Oversee Supply Planning
- Establish supply parameters aligned with stock and service policies.
- Consolidate demand forecasts and evaluate global demand variations.
- Conduct supply planning and analyze monthly/weekly projected stock balances.
- Lead processes to align supply with demand.
- Address stock shortages or surpluses by collaborating with commercial teams to develop solutions.
- Oversee Supply Execution
- Supervise and track the replenishment process.
- Reduce shortages by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Set priorities with overseas suppliers.
- Inventory Management
- Maintain stock levels in line with established objectives.
- Assess obsolete and slow-moving inventory, creating and executing action plans.
- Ensure Accurate Reporting
- Prepare and track budget and stock trends.
- Monitor and share Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- 必須

- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, with a focus on supply or production planning strongly preferred.
- Strong numerical aptitude; a background in engineering, mathematics, or science is highly desirable.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across various hierarchical levels.
- Proficient in presenting and analyzing data, with excellent presentation and analytical abilities.
- Proven ability to demonstrate initiative and creativity in generating ideas and solutions across diverse scenarios.
- A well-balanced approach between strategic thinking and detail-oriented execution.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Proficient English communication skills are required.
