仕事内容

Analyst/Associate will be responsible for supporting fund investments
Analyst/Associate will be responsible for supporting fund investments through detailed financial analyses, underwriting and modelling of investments, analyzing due diligence information, and performing research on markets, companies, industries, etc.
Responsibilities:
・Actively participate in all phases of the investment process from property acquisition and due diligence, asset management to disposition
・Financial modelling, underwriting, and valuation of real estate investments (new opportunities and existing projects) to support acquisition, asset management, and divestment activities
・Drafting of investment memorandums for both internal investment committee and external client presentations
・Quarterly reporting for both internal and external client needs, including quarterly reports, valuations, webcasts, business plans, budgets, etc.
・Day-to-day communication with operating partners and other professionals supporting execution of the business plan
応募資格

- 必須
-
・Outstanding academic credentials
・2-3 years work experience in real estate / investment industry (preferably real estate investment)
・Proficiency in financial modeling skills is a must
・Strong work ethics and integrity, a team player who is pro-active and motivated
・Strong analytical, communication and writing skills
・Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously under time pressure
・Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
・Native Japanese and business English ability
