仕事内容: Leading AR/AP daily operation tasks as well as onsite JP people development.
Set and improve procedures, maintaining full compliance and implement best practices. Plays significant role in career development of the team & drives execution of vision and goals for the team. Leads the end-to-end delivery of simplified solutions for the best outcome. Drives the use of best practices.

• Setting up process priorities and aligning with overall organization goals.
• Driving organization’s strategy, plays a leader’s role in improving process efficiencies and effectiveness, spearheads development and implementation of tools and other automation.
• Exploring improvement opportunities by working with business partners.
• Building and maintaining operations and projects performance metrics and continually raising the bar.
• Evaluating and communicating AR controllership risks, implement new controls as needed.
• Developing, modifying and maintaining the operational and design effectiveness of internal controls.
• Managing and leading a team of 4-5 members

応募資格

必須: - Bachelor degree in accounting or finance or related analytical background. MBA,CPA,ACCA preferred.
- Fluency in Japanese & English
- MS office skill, Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivots, lookups, etc.)
- 10+ years of Accounting/Finance/Operations experience, or a related analytical field experience
- 5+ people manager experience, ability to applying KPIs to analyses
- ERP experience

*Sr. Accounting Managers or Financial Services background should be welcomed.

- Mentoring junior finance and/or business team members
- Identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan
- MBA,CPA,CMA, ACCA preferred.

- Greenbelt, 6 sigma, and Kaizen knowledge.
- Project management experience.
