Reports to: Head of HR (Japan)
This role serves as a strategic HR partner by managing recruitment, talent development, and organizational initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering a positive workplace culture. By aligning HR activities with business goals, it drives employee growth, engagement, and overall organizational success.
- Serve as an HR partner to leaders, ensuring smooth execution of recruitment, performance management, and engagement strategies.
- Oversee hiring, transfers, and resignations to create efficient and seamless processes for employee transitions.
- Support talent management by identifying high performers, fostering their development, and addressing performance challenges constructively.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through ethics and compliance training, fostering collaboration and inclusion.
- Align HR initiatives with company goals, providing leadership with regular updates and insights to drive organizational success.

- 必須

- 5–7 years of HR experience, including recruiting or talent development (hospitality or retail is a bonus)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, with excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Fluent English, and Native-level Japanese
- Integrity, ownership, teamwork, and a proactive passion for HR
