Report line: FP&A Director in Japan
- Monitor KPIs and create financial reports
- Help with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing
- Understand business drivers to support decisions
- Offer financial advice to project teams
- Build financial models and forecasts
- Research and analyze for strategic planning
- Follow financial rules and company policies
- Work with different teams to improve performance
- Support strategic planning and budgeting

- 必須

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar
- 2+ years in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
- Can explain financial info to non-financial teams
- Familiar with financial strategies
- Well-organized and good at multitasking
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
- Analytical and a strong problem solver
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and tools like Anaplan
