New position as current manager got assigned for another role
仕事内容

[Main Mission]
- Manages contract manufacturing organization and capability for the Business Unit to ensure quality products supply on time.
- Monitor and Check compliance of social standards, SHEQ, stock taking, Service level, Yield, Cost including P&L and performance in line with legal and company requirements
- Regularly reviews and evaluates Third Party manufacturing compliance performance with support from relevant site compliance related professional
- Collaborates with audit team to conduct Third Party compliance audit as per plan Follow up with findings to ensure timely closure
- Coordinates with business / Purchasing / relevant site team to select and consolidate tollers

- 必須

- Bachelor Degree, Degree in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, production engineering preferred
- 5-10 years experience in relevant positions
- 3+ years managerial experience
- High levels of communication in both English and Japanese
