【業務内容詳細】
-Report to Managing Director and APAC HQ
-Look after 50 staff across SCM, Logistics, Customer Service, and QA
-Satisfy customer requirements regarding delivery time, storage quality, quantity, and more.
-Optimize cost performance in terms of purchasing frequency, lot size, transportation method, inventory, and logistics KPIs.
-Align HQ's requirements with field needs, balancing long delivery times with short delivery times in coordination with each department.
-Ensure warehouse cleanliness, tidiness, and compliance with SOP and ISO standards.
-Propose appropriate transport methods considering shipping conditions, freight costs, and customer delivery needs.
-Maintain the warehouse within budgetary constraints while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
-Oversee the assembly process flow from components to complete products, connecting internal suppliers and customers.
-Develop, plan, and execute against KPIs (safety, quality, cost, delivery, productivity) and manage production plans and cost center budgets.
-Manage inspection processes and communicate effectively with customers regarding complaints and quality issues.
-Develop and implement inspection protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.
-Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, discipline, and termination in collaboration with the Logistics Leader.
-Collaborate with sales and customer service to meet customer requirements and report on performance.
-Balance logistics and inventory management demands with increased sea freight volumes.

- 必須
-
-10+ years’ experience managing a 3PL operation.
-Bachelor’s Degree (preferable in Business, Logistics, or Engineering).
-Native level Japanese
-Business level English
-Experience handling a large number of SKUs in logistics.
-Expertise in logistics, transport, distribution, and finance.
-QA (Inspection) & Assembly experience is a plus, but not required.
-Work experience in a matrix organization within a foreign MNC is preferable.
-Comprehensive knowledge of warehousing and transportation issues.
-Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to optimize team performance and development.
-Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to maintain good relationships internally and externally.
-Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-Strong planning abilities, able to handle multiple projects and manage competing priorities.
-Project management skills.
-Experience collaborating in a global and regional matrix organization.
