【業務内容詳細】
-Meet customer requirements for delivery, storage quality, and quantity.
-Optimize logistics costs.
-Align HQ and field needs to balance delivery lead times.
-Ensure warehouse cleanliness and compliance.
-Select cost-effective transport methods based on shipping conditions and customer needs.
-Manage warehouse operations within budget.
-Oversee assembly flow from components to finished products.
-Plan and manage KPIs, production schedules, and cost center budgets.
- 応募資格

- 必須
-
-10+ years of 3PL operations management
-Bachelor’s degree (Business/Logistics/Engineering is a plus!)
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Experience managing large SKU volumes
-Expertise in logistics, transport, distribution, and finance
-Strong warehousing and transportation knowledge
-Proven leadership and team development skills
