〈仕事内容詳細〉
- Take responsibility for additional accounting tasks and other ad-hoc duties.
- Contribute to various accounting-related projects, such as the implementation of ERP systems.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure full compliance without delays.
- Approve supplier data registration in the indirect procurement system.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to confirm all payments are properly recorded.
- Oversee cash collection via ALSOK at retail locations and manage the arrangement of change.
- Check customer credit limits and thoroughly review credit control reports before submitting them to the sales department.
- Create customer invoices, monitor account activity to ensure timely and accurate payments, and follow up with customers as required.
- Manage accounts receivable processes while adhering to established accounting policies and procedures.

- Educational and professional background: A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business.
- Accounting knowledge: Strong grasp of basic accounting principles and credit practices, especially in a retail setting.
- Work experience: Proven track record in accounts receivable or related roles.
- Language skills: Proficiency in English at a business level
- Work style: Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and meticulousness.
- Problem-solving ability: Effective skills to identify and resolve issues
- Adaptability: Comfortable with change and quick to adapt.
- Technical expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Excel
