- Manage store-level recruitment and seasonal staffing.
- Develop strategies to attract top retail talent.
- Collaborate with HR and Store Managers on workforce planning.
- Assess candidates for cultural fit and brand alignment.
- Build talent pipelines and optimize hiring processes.

- 必須

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruitment or HR
- 2-3 years of volume hiring experience
- Skilled in sourcing, interviewing, hiring retail and temporary staff
- Native Japanese with business-level English proficiency
