【業務内容詳細】
－ Report to Logistics Manager
－ Oversee daily warehouse activities to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
－ Collaborate with third－party logistics （3PL） providers to align warehouse priorities with customer deadlines.
－ Track and assess productivity, quality, and service performance, implementing enhancements where necessary.
－ Optimize business workflows and operational protocols to enhance efficiency.
－ Work closely with delivery partners to identify and resolve inefficiencies in distribution center （DC） operations, improving coordination to meet delivery targets.
－ Implement operational improvements aligned with audit standards to strengthen overall efficiency and compliance.
－ Compile, analyze, and manage reports, including data processing and visualization using Excel.
－ Assist 3PL teams in warehouse operations during peak demand periods or critical situations, as needed.
－ Foster strong relationships and enhance collaboration with internal teams, subcontractors, and logistics partners.
－ Delegate and coordinate tasks with team members to maintain a well－functioning and organized work environment.

－ Experience in managing inventory and logistics services.
－ Familiarity with business management systems for operations and data handling.
－ Skilled in enhancing efficiency and maintaining high work standards.
－ Background in overseeing teams or guiding operational tasks is beneficial.
－ Strong analytical and problem－solving abilities.
－ Proficiency in computer applications, including spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation tools.
－ Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data analysis
－ Ability to read and write in English is an advantage
