Leads software growth, achieves key revenue and profit targets, ensures business operational health.・Lead Software Business in Japan: Drive growth, focusing on revenue, profit, and long-term success.
・Drive Revenue & Profit: Achieve financial goals by exploring new revenue streams like partnerships and subscriptions.
・Customer Experience: Ensure great customer experiences with innovative software solutions, especially in vehicle connectivity.
・Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams (Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Product Planning) to align software with business goals.
・Strategic Partnerships: Build strong relationships with automotive OEMs, tech companies, and other partners.
・Operational Excellence: Monitor KPIs to maintain business health, quality, and efficiency.
・Leadership: Advise senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.

・Strong Knowledge of Software and Automotive Tech: Solid understanding of both fields, with expertise in integration.
・Extensive Experience: At least 10 years in relevant industries, including Sales or Aftersales roles.
・Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and self-driven approach.
・Analytical and Data-Driven: Comfortable with data, making informed, logical decisions.
・Stakeholder Management & Communication: Excellent skills in managing stakeholders, presenting to executives, and driving consensus.
・Team Collaboration: Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
・Adaptability & Accountability: Thrives in fast-paced environments, ensuring accountability and results.
・Language Skills: Fluent in both Japanese and English.
