【業務内容詳細】
－Reports to Senior Procurement Manager
－Roughly 3 staff in team
－Manage companies’ commodities and suppliers in Japan to meet business needs
－Collaborate globally with other Commodity Team members to drive synergy and excellence in procurement practices
－Manage commodities to ensure continuity of supply and optimize commercial outcomes
－Develop and implement commodity strategies
－Build and maintain supplier relationships and manage Key Performance Indices in the semiconductor market
－Source, develop, and manage suppliers and commodities for cost optimization and supply continuity
－Participate and collaborate with high－level executives and internal stakeholders
－Apply extensive experience in managing commodities
－Develop commodity strategies and motivate external business partners to support company product development
－Contribute to problem－solving with the team and demonstrate strong teamwork skills

－5＋ years of relevant experience
－Bachelor’s Degree
－Business－level proficiency in Japanese
－Business－level proficiency in English
－Strong communication skills
－Experience working for a foreign－affiliated company is a plus！
－MBA qualifications are a plus！
－Working experience with machining suppliers
－Working experience with plastic molding processing suppliers
