プロダクトマネージャー・ブランドマネージャーのご経験のある方は歓迎です。
The DCL Sr. Brand Manager is responsible for delegating tactical tasks and objectives based on the marketing plan ensuring successful event planning and management and managing the execution of annual communications research and public relations plans. They also develop advertising plans to support the marketing plan and identify appropriate vehicles and messages:
■Key Responsibilities
・Develop and execute innovative brand strategies in alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.
・Lead cross functional teams to ensure successful implementation of brand initiatives.
・Identify and capitalize on market trends to drive brand growth and market share.
・Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
・Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal ROI for brand initiatives.

■Required Qualifications
・Minimum of 8 10 years related experience in a high performance consumer/cosmetics packaged goods environment
・University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in a relevant field
・Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
・Strong leadership and team management skills.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
■Desired Qualifications
・Proven ability to align function strategy and priorities with overall organizational strategy and direction
・Demonstrated ability to influence and manage stakeholders to the senior most levels of a large matrix organization
・Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
