〈仕事内容詳細〉
Report: Head of HR
Team: Managing 2 staff
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with the Head of HR on key initiatives in people and organizational development.
- Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR strategies, support talent growth, and manage HR operations.
- Lead core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee and labor relations, transfers, and performance management.
- Advise leaders on organizational development, leadership coaching, and change management, aligned with the Head of HR and Management.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly HR reports to meet global and internal requirements.
- Oversee the HR budget, local transformation projects, labor relations, and HR KPIs for the site.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, local regulations, and enhance collaboration with external partners.
- Plan and deliver site-specific training programs, including educational and shopfloor training.
- Foster positive labor and employee relations; support dispute resolution and labor contract negotiations.
- Align local practices with global HR standards in partnership with CoEs and HRBPs.
-Coach and guide junior HR team members and support the Site Leadership team.
- Manage case handling and escalate issues when necessary.
- Drive local HR initiatives that enhance engagement and organizational effectiveness.

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business level English
- 10+ years HR experience across wide areas
- Experience as an HR BP or Manager level role
- Strong communication skills
- Good PC skills
- Strong labor law knowledge

- Experience leading change management initatives a plus!
