〈仕事内容詳細〉
Report: Group HR Director
Team: Managing 2-3 staff, collaboration with larger group team
- Act as Head of HR for one business unit entity, leading key HR initiatives and projects.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies, focusing on talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR processes.
- Provide expert advice on business and organizational development, including leadership coaching and training programs.
- Manage annual HR processes, including talent management, employee engagement, and change leadership efforts.
- Oversee HR budget, labor relations, dispute resolution, and the achievement of key HR KPIs
- Ensure compliance with standard processes, policies, local regulations, and improve partnerships with external entities.
- Lead reporting requirements and country-specific training programs.
- Guide less experienced HR team members and resolve cases, managing escalations effectively.

- 必須

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business level English
- 8-10+ years HR experience across wide areas
- Experience as an HR BP or Manager level role
- Strong communication skills
- Good PC skills
- Strong labor law knowledge
