- 仕事内容

日々の財務活動（会計、管理、内部統制システム）を計画、実施、管理し、事業の戦略パートナーとしての役割を果たし、予算、予測、戦略計画、法務とコンプライアンスを担当して頂きます。-Provide leadership and adequate organization of the Finance department.
- Responsible for accounting close and financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting of the company in
line with the guide-lines provided by Group Finance.
- Act as a compliance contact in global compliance organization, ensure compliance/data protection
guidelines are trained locally and complied.
- Finance business partner to the local leadership team and organization, by providing insights and
transparency as well as providing support in identifying measures to facilitate profitable growth

- 必須

- Minimum 5 years of accounting and financial controlling experience with MNCs JGAAP as well as
IFRS knowledge is required.
-Business partnering with local management
-Operational (logistics, warehouse management) knowledge is a plus
- A high level of commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills would be key to success in
this role including understanding of full value chain methodology.
-Knowledge of modern and complex principles and practices of accounting.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex problems with vendors, customers, and regulatory agencies.
- Knowledge of computerized financial reporting and management information systems.
- The ability to provide leadership, counsel, motivation, and constructive performance reviews to
staff.
