仕事内容: 販売企画課の役割は、販売目標達成のために効果的な販売活動や施策（インセンティブスキーム）を企画・実施し、予算管理や財務KPIの維持を行うことです。
1) 販売活動に必要なKPIの管理・分析及び数値ガイドラインの策定
2) 販売活動関連の予算管理・分析及び他部署との調整・折衝
3) これらに関する資料作成（販売店向け、社内向け、ドイツ本社向け）
4) 販売活動及び施策の企画・立案との連携
5) 社内の他部署と横断的にコミュニケーション及び情報収集
6) 販売企画課チームメンバーとの相互協力

1. Management and analysis of KPIs necessary for sales activities, and formulation of numerical guidelines.
2. Budget management and analysis related to sales activities, and coordination and negotiation with other departments.
3. Preparation of related materials (for dealers, internal use, and the German headquarters).
4. Collaboration with the planning and formulation of sales activities and measures.
5. Cross-departmental communication and information gathering within the company.
6. Mutual cooperation with team members of the Sales Planning Department.

応募資格

必須: 1) 商品及び自動車自体に興味がある方、好きな方
2) コミュニケーション能力の高い人、チームプレーヤーであること
3) MS オフィス中級レベル以上(Excel, word, PowerPoint)
4) 日本語はネイティブレベル(必須)、英語はビジネスレベルspeaking/writing)
5) 自動車免許（これから取得する人も含む）

1) Individuals who are interested in and like the company's products and automobiles.
2) High communication skills and being a team player.
3) Intermediate level or above in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4) Native level Japanese (required) and business level English (speaking/writing).
5) Driver's license (including those who are planning to obtain one).

歓迎: ・自動車メーカー・インポーターまたはサプライヤーなどで企画関連立案業務3年以上の業務経験が望ましい。
・Preferably, more than 3 years of experience in planning-related work at an automobile manufacturer, importer, or supplier.
