本ポジションは現職者の定年に関する交代の募集です。退職までに若干の猶予があるため、同社にて5年以上勤務をしていた担当者から直接引継ぎを受け、スムーズな移行をするチャンスです。

経理財務は本ポジションを含む3名体制、少数精鋭のチームですので、全体に目を行き届かせながらContoller兼プレイヤーとして活躍頂けます。

オフィスは駅直結となっており、足元の悪い日にも通勤の負担が少ない環境です。
〈仕事内容詳細〉
- Responsible for all monthly, quarterly, annual closing and financial reporting to Corporate
- Leading and managing daily accounting operations
- Responsible for transfer pricing calculations
- Lead, manage, mentor and develop the Finance Team
- Provide technical financial advice and guidance to all the business functions within Japan.
- Build strong working relationships and be an invaluable partner to the General Manager, Sales and Customer Service teams
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and US GAAP/SOX compliance.
- Responsible for the overall internal control environment.
- Responsible for overall cash management across Japan, including cash flow actuals report, forecasting and liaising with Corporate Treasury to oversee the company's banking and borrowing arrangements
- Driving process improvement and efficiency / productivity initiatives
- Any other ad hoc projects or initiatives that may be required.

- 必須

- 10+ years of financial operational management experience in Japan
- Proven technical accounting expertise, including knowledge of USGAAP and SOX
- Demonstrated business partnering experience
- Experience in system migration/implementation is a plus
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Business level of English (writing and speaking)
