【業務内容詳細】
－ Report to Demand Planning Manager
－ Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to gather insights on sales, product launches, and customer needs.
－ Contribute to balancing demand and supply within the S＆OP process to optimize inventory levels.
－ Share forecast updates, risks, and opportunities with cross－functional teams to support decision－making.
－ Evaluate forecast accuracy and variability to identify trends and address root causes.
－ Assist sales teams in tracking long－term plans and new business opportunities, including developing business cases.
－ Improve forecasting methods and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
－ Lead ongoing improvements in demand planning and S＆OP processes to streamline operations and improve data quality.

－ Strong communication skills
－ Business Level English
－ Intermediate Japanese / Basic communication level
－ 3＋ years of demand planning in the manufacturing or automotive industry
－ Experience using SAP
－ KAIZEN mindset
