【業務内容詳細】
－ Report to Logistics Manager
－ Manage daily logistics and distribution to ensure timely and cost－efficient delivery of goods.
－ Work with suppliers, shipping companies, and internal teams to ensure accurate delivery and
inventory tracking.
－ Keep records of shipments, stock levels, and schedules updated in the logistics system.
－ Handle import/export activities and ensure compliance with regulations and customs
requirements.
－ Resolve shipping issues and delays by communicating with vendors, carriers, and customers.
－ Prepare and track shipping documents such as bills of lading and purchase orders.
－ Analyze logistics data to find improvement opportunities and reduce costs.
－ Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan logistics activities.
－ Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
－ Monitor inventory and support stock replenishment and distribution planning.
－ Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policies.
- 応募資格

- 必須

－ 2－4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
－ Strong understanding of international logistics and shipping regulations （import/export）.
－ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite （Excel, Word, PowerPoint）.
－ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer－oriented mindset.
－ Strong problem－solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
－ Attention to detail and accuracy in handling logistics documentation and records.
－ Ability to work collaboratively in a cross－functional team environment.
－ Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is a plus not required.
