仕事内容: 1. Process Development & Optimization
• Lead the development, optimization, and validation of manufacturing processes for
new and existing clients.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and
improve product quality.
• Develop and standardize best practices for process control, automation, and scale-up.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with R&D to ensure smooth technology transfer from lab-scale to full-
scale production.
• Partner with Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with
industry standards and regulations (e.g., GMP, FDA, ISO).
• Collaborate with Operations and Application teams to integrate new technologies and
automation solutions.
3. Technology & Innovation
• Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies to improve process performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other
methodologies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

応募資格

必須: • Bachelor’s/Master’s/Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Mechanical
Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in process development, manufacturing, or engineering roles.
• Strong background in process design, scale-up, and validation in industries such as
pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, chemicals, or food processing.
• Hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma,
DOE).
