【業務内容詳細】
－Reports to APAC Logistics Manager
－5 staff in Team
－Monitor inventory levels in line with warehouse storage capacity.
－Ensure accurate inventory records at warehouses.
－Coordinate annual stock takes and reconciliation activities.
－Ensure sufficient transport capacity with companies.
－Assist Procurement Logistics team in negotiating contracts and terms for transportation and logistics services.
－Evaluate supplier and carrier performance and suggest improvements.
－Plan and optimize transportation routes.
－Schedule shipments and deliveries for maximum efficiency.
－Monitor shipment status and resolve delays or issues promptly.
－Prepare and manage day－to－day documents for incoming shipments and delivery arrangements.
－Track and monitor incoming shipments.
－Review shipping documents and tax declarations for accuracy.
－Collaborate with carriers, forwarders, and 3PL providers to ensure timely arrivals, resolving import/export and customs clearance issues.
－Coordinate sample arrangements and follow up on progress.
－Address government agency requirements for imported/exported products.
－Support compliance with customs, foreign trade, and export control regulations for both commercial and sample imports/exports.
－Validate and provide duty－saving reports.
－Track logistics expenses and monitor costs.
－Oversee supply chain activities, identify potential issues, and develop solutions for smooth operations.
－Build and maintain strong relationships with key supply chain partners.

－Bachelor's degree （Supply Chain, Business, or a Technical field is a plus！）
－8＋ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Customer Service.
－In－depth knowledge of SAP Systems.
－Business－level Japanese
－Business－level English
