〈仕事内容詳細〉
Report: HR Director, Japan
Team: Managing a team of 3-4
- Lead HR strategies and operations: Develop and oversee HR programs, policies, and objectives to foster a high-performance, employee-oriented culture aligned with business goals.
- Recruitment and talent management: Establish effective hiring practices, chair selection processes, and implement strategies for workforce development and retention.
- Employee training and development: Design and manage training initiatives, onboarding programs, and leadership development while monitoring training budgets and maintaining records.
- Employee relations and engagement: Formulate HR policies, manage employee relations, address complaints, and promote morale through surveys and engagement initiatives.
- Organizational development: Drive succession planning, workforce development, cultural alignment, and manage communication and feedback channels across the company.
- Compensation and benefits: Develop competitive pay structures, oversee bonuses and raises, and lead the provision and optimization of employee benefits programs.
- Compliance and legal adherence: Ensure adherence to labor laws, minimize legal risks, and protect both employee and company interests.
- Community and administrative oversight: Manage community relations, philanthropic activities, space planning, and administrative tasks to support organizational goals.

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business level English
- 10+ years relevant HR experience
- People management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Good PC skills
- Strong labor law knowledge
- Good business acumen
- Experience in manufacturing / b2b industries a plus!
