〈仕事内容詳細〉
Report: Regional HR Head
Team: Member of regional team, standalone for Japan
- Align HR strategies with business objectives, providing strategic guidance while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Advise and coach leaders on change management, culture alignment, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and workforce planning.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes and partner with COE and OD teams to drive employee development.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and compliance with local labor regulations.
- Oversee payroll processes and enhance compensation policies to boost productivity and efficiency.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and lead continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.
- Act as a key liaison for HR matters, ensuring clear communication with management, COE, external vendors, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate leadership by fostering a positive influence on managers and employees across the organization.

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business level English
- 8+ years HR experience across different areas
- Strong communication skills
- Agility and flexibility
- Good business acumen
- Good PC skills
- Strong labor law knowledge

- HR Manager or BP experience a plus!
