〈仕事内容詳細〉
Reports to: Senior Executive based in Japan
Team Structure: HR Team with 5 staffs
This position is seeking a professional to oversee and enhance various training initiatives, with responsibilities evolving to encompass broader aspects of the business.
- Manage and update training programs to meet business needs.
- Localize HQ materials for the Japan market.
- Promote company culture and staff morale.
- Innovate new training services and tools.
- Conduct brand, product, and sales training sessions.
- Enhance customer service using metrics and global techniques.

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in training or managing sales.
- Knowledge of retail; sales experience is a bonus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
