Must have:
Hands-on experience with RHEL/Solaris servers (5+ years)
Hands-on experience with Oracle databases (5+ years)
Experience in project management (3+ years)
Understanding of hardware/storage fundamentals
Understanding of software/middleware fundamentals
Practical experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting
Business English required, Japanese not needed
Nice to have:
Proficiency in Japanese at any level
Hands-on experience in designing systems (over 100 servers)
Hands-on experience with file servers
Experience in designing and implementing web applications
Practical experience in the financial services industry
Hands-on experience in web system development or operations
Ability to think holistically about the entire system, not just the database
Experience in leading teams
Curiosity about new services and technologies, along with self-learning skills
