【業務内容詳細】
-Reports to Planning Manager
-Roughly 4 staff in Planning Team
-Develop a 12-month demand forecast for products, continuously improving accuracy through communication with business units and the supply chain department.
-Based on the developed demand plan, create and execute a supply plan
-Collaborate with business units, the supply chain department, and suppliers (including overseas suppliers) to identify improvement opportunities and challenges, providing support and suggestions for decision-making and problem-solving.
-Inventory Planning: Minimize the risks of stockouts and excess or obsolete inventory.
-Introduce new products planned by the business unit and execute supply plans during discontinuation or transition periods.
-Communicate and work with business units and supply chain implementers during this process.
-Closely collaborate with external contractors for equipment maintenance and warehouse management, ensuring effective inventory and shipment management.
-Participate in S&OP Meeting
-Share opportunities and challenges related to demand and supply planning execution, participating in meetings to make optimal decisions.
-Review demand and supply plans for products under own responsibility, share challenges, and provide support for decision-making.

-3+ years of relevant experience
-Bachelor's degree (Business or Engineering is a plus!)
-Proficient in Excel, with the ability to use functions necessary for data analysis (e.g., Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.)
-Strong tactical and strategic thinking abilities
