〈仕事内容詳細〉
Reporting Lines – Japan head of finance (Japanese male), position may coordinate with APAC office
Financial Management
- Oversee all finance functions (closing, Treasury, AP, AR, payroll, tax).
- Lead the finance team in Japan (two staff)
- Perform complex bookkeeping.
- Coordinate with external auditors and consultants.
Compliance and Reporting
- Prepare annual tax returns with tax partners.
- Ensure compliance with all taxes.
- Manage capital expenditure and IFRS compliance.
- Maintain compliant bookkeeping practices.

- 必須

- Certified Accountant (CA/CPA) or equivalent experience with a Finance degree.
- English TOEIC score of 700+.
- 5+ years of work experience.
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards.
- Familiarity with Finance ERPs (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP).
- Able to make sound decisions in uncertain situations.
- Strong communication skills across all levels.
