〈仕事内容詳細〉
Report: Regional HR Director overseas
Team: Individual Contributor as HR BP
Other teams: HR Operations covered by separate team
- Partner with business leaders: Provide leadership, consulting, and execution on projects related to achieving business goals
- Employee Engagement: Partner with leaders to foster an inclusive culture, enhance engagement, and improve productivity through data-driven initiatives.
- D&I: Promote D&I principles by creating inclusive environments and advancing equality across HR processes.
- Performance Management: Consult on goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Employee Relations: Guide managers on HR policies and support them in resolving employee relations matters.
- Workforce Planning: Anticipate talent needs, align workforce plans with objectives, and optimize resource allocation.
- Manager Capability in Talent Management: Equip managers with skills and tools for selecting, developing, and retaining top talent.
- Training Programs: Design and deliver training programs to enhance manager capability in talent management practices.
- 応募資格

- 必須

- 8+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources or Talent Management function (including HR BP or related experience)
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Business level English
- Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to make improvements
- Ability to lead others to solve complex people and organization problems
- Ability to be hands-on
- Ability to use data to make decisions
- Good business acumen
- Strong communication skills
- Good labor law knowledge
